West Pest Control has now taken our accounts that we had with another local pest control company. They agreed to continue our accounts at the same price, but their office is much more responsive and organized. Phil, our tech, went over and above to make sure we had good service and Missy is great! I highly recommend this company.

West is a professional pest control service. Our technician, Phil is responsive to our needs, on time, and is understanding when our schedules are in conflict. He truly cares out his customers. Misty is their new administrative assistant. She is courteous and understanding about our need to reschedule. I appreciate the time and attention we receive and I know during the busy season of summer that chaos abounds for everyone. Office not familiar with the work. when James was taking care our yard we had full confidence. Now I am not sure who to ask questions. The worker do my yard sincere, do his work, but never seen someone know his business and fair like James. I hope they can bring him back.

I have used West Termite for more than a decade now. They are always prompt, thoughtful to call before arriving, work in a professional manner and work as quickly as they can in order not to disturb their clients' schedules any more than needed. The workers are always kind and minimize unnecessary chatter, but engage in friendly conversation when addressed.

West has the yearly termite contract on our home. They are super thorough with the first-year inspection and treatment, prompt with the second-year inspection. We called to have the caterpillars exterminated last year (2022). The caterpillars were horrible! I could sweep them off the house and by the time I got back to the starting point, they were already back on the house! West came the same day I called, sprayed the base of the house as well as an area about 25 feet from the house, all the trees near the house. I never had another problem with the caterpillars. They are a sanity saver for sure! I would recommend them to anyone who has a pest problem!

Chase, Jeremy and the team are excellent! They were professional from the beginning and did am excellent job explaining to me what it was we were paying for and what to expect. They arrived within the promised window for the treatment and took extra time to educated me regarding the pets and kids.
