I had reached out to them to clean a sectional couch, the tech was friendly, it was done fairly quickly and he did let me know that it would remove “90% of dog hair” well, it removed what looked like nothing, all of the hair was easily vacuumed once he left. The stain on the couch that I was concerned about was untouched, the couch looks exactly the same. I was unhappy with the quality and I feel like this was a waste of $250.00!!!!! I reached out to the company a week ago with no response so that is why I am writing this review. Very disappointed
