I went to several carpet stores and Lowes. Then I read the reviews for White's Discount Carpets. This is why they get 5 stars from me. The owner, came out the day I called. He listened to my needs (pet friendly, my budget, color). He explained the differences and showed me carpet (Shaw) comparable to a higher priced brand. His team had it installed in less than 3 hours. It is absolutely beautiful.

What could I possibly say about this company. If I could give 100 stars I would. The owner was not only friendly but his prices can't be beat! He helped me pick out the perfect carpet for my home. His main installer Justin was quick with installation and it looks amazing. Best family owned carpet place. I highly recommend them a million percent.

It started with extortion, Jacob and son refused to move the furniture, l had to pony up $200 to grease the wheels after being told only knickknacks were exempt.The floor looked ok but the floor molding was awful, At 5 pm the two chuckle heads were itching for dinner. They left two trash cans of debris for me to pickup and furniture on the back porch in addition to not reinstalling the toilet. They did not return, missing several appointments until I complained to Jeff White. When I was at their office I asked to use the restroom… After seeing it I should have opted out of the whole sad mess…

I never leave reviews, however, I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention the outstanding customer service I received from Catherine White. I called (and emailed) many flooring companies looking for specific flooring for a repair in my home. Out of many companies I called and never heard from, Catherine actually called me back, and offered to find the flooring for me when I heard from other places the flooring is out of stock. She made the impossible happen, called distributors herself and found our exact wood flooring. All the while, keeping me in the loop with quick status updates, friendly emails and phone calls. She went above and beyond. Amazing person, amazing customer service. A++. Thank you Catherine.

Had already had an over-priced bid from Lowe's and horrible customer service coupled with incompetent planning and coordination that caused a heavy and burdensome inconvenience on our end TWO times with Empire. However, when we called White's, customer service was straight forward and owner was easy to work with. Prices and quality of carpet and padding were exemplary. In fact, we saved over $500 on what we would have paid to Empire had they had their act together. Installation was quick and easy and they were gracious to move our furniture in and out of the room without charging us extra. Carpet is of impressive quality as is the installation work. Installers were very professional and courteous. I encourage anyone reading this post to stay local and family owned for all your flooring needs and give White's a try. You won't be dissapointed and you will definitely save some $$$ over big name competitors.

It's been almost 5 years since this company installed carpet throughout my house. He told me it was good carpet for repelling stains and it cleans up both easily and nicely. And the inexpensive padding would hold up well. I'm writing to happily tell you all that all I was told could not be more true!! I am cleaning constantly after my sick cat--this carpet cleans like a dream. It's just about unbelievable to me. Fantastic carpet, padding is as good as day one, installation was perfect. You cannot ask for a better company or products. I so highly recommend them!!!
