DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS MANUFACTURER. We bought four outside lanterns from them last year; one had a chipped glass panel. First my wife tried to contact them for a refund; it ended every time with the customer representative promising a “return number” that never materialized. I tried contacting him also several times, after half a dozen unreturned calls, I gave up. Now we are stuck with a $85.00 useless electrical piece of junk with the best hope of donating it to Goodwill.

I bought a 84 Lights Maria Theresa Chrome chandelier from worldwide lighting and it came with Horrible manufacturer instructions that instruct to install this 520 lbs chandelier on J-Box...are they out of their mind? The product came in 6 different boxes disassembled with no specification about the weight of the light. Since my electrician installed it from scratch, we had no idea how much the weight would be... My electrician installed this chandelier on J-Box that can handle 300lbs stationary weight assuming that since connection is J-Box on installation instructions, the fixture will be less than 300 lbs. Electrician took 3 days to install this light as there were so many crystals...after 5 months chandelier fell on the ground damaging so many things. Manufacturer is not willing to take any responsibility of not sending us the weight specification and poor installation instructions that clearly said that Connection should be Junction Box. Don't buy from worldwide lighting as they have zero customer service!!!

Purchased one of their chandeliers. It came unassembled. After an hour and a half just unpacking it, I found two pieces with poor chrome finish. I called to request replacement pieces and was told to pack it up and ship it back. An absurd, time consuming, error prone demand, with no garuantee the replacement wouldn't have the same problem. And they were rude.
