We had David & Wyredreams out to do our install of audio and wifi stuff about 4 years ago when we remodeled our house. I'm a know-nothing when it comes to this stuff so on July 3rd when one of my sonos zones wasn't playing and I was having 70 people over for a 4th of July Party I panicked! Texted David out of the blue and within 20 minutes of texts back and forth he had me troubleshoot the issue and my system was back up and fully operational - and didn't charge me! 4 years later!
