The staff at Xtream is fantastic! All of the contractors that entered our office were prepared to work and did an awesome job! Everyone we had contact with was professional, courteous and mindful of we were running a business. Mr. Bill went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, and the job was preformed perfect. Becca answers the phone like whoever calls has just won the lottery! Now that Mitchell has been here and done his work, I do feel like the lucky one.

Even on a Friday afternoon, Mitchell showed up in a chipper mood, fully prepared with all the tools and technology to remove construction sawdust, plus encapsulated debris from pest and mold remediation to the carpet.

Additionally, Mitchell cleaned all the upholstered furniture from smoke damage from an accidental burn in the backyard.

At each juncture, he explained the process, made sure to protect any exposed areas that might be damaged from chemicals, and asked permission to move things around.

In short, Mitchell is a real professional, and he made my apartment cleaner, healthier and safer. Thank you!

I will ABSOLUTELY recommend this company for clean up after a flood, which is what happened to me. Woke up after a long night of a torrential down pour all night. My feet hit the floor to 3 inches of rain water in my home! I called Extreme Carpet Cleaning at 515 in the morning and they had assembled a team and were at my house a little after 7am. They took care of tearing out the floor and sheet rock and baseboards. They got the water out and then put dryers and dehumidifiers in every room to dry it completely. Then the rebuild took place. They take care of everything! I didn't have to worry about who would do sheet rock or floors. This company is phenomenal!! I will use them again should the need arise. And by the way, the flood happened end of May and I was back in my home completely finished before the end of June! Call them if you need their services. You won't regret it!!
