Please AVOID this company!!! My niece went through Kathy and her husband Juan and purchased furniture. She has not received her items and they will NOT refund her. If anyone is having issues with this company please go through small claims. As the company has replied… my niece HAS NOT received her furniture. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY.

To be fair, the build quality is pretty good. My issue isn't with the quality of the product, rather the quality of the communication and timing. We ordered our bed frame in November. We were told it would take 5 weeks. After several text messages that originated with us, several postponements and a completely wasted day waiting for them to not even show up until 6:30pm the next day, we got our bed...11 weeks later! To top it off, the box for the TV lift was 10" to high and a half inch to narrow. I've had to modify it myself, because I want nothing to do with them. In all honesty, if the communication and follow thru had been better, I would have given a much better score. The bed can be fixed, I'm not so sure about the business. Maybe you have to be a celebrity if you want your time to be treated with some respect.

Great quality for furniture. It’s study and great material. I also got my dining chairs reupholster came out looking like new. I will recommend getting customized furniture here and also getting furniture reupholster.

Zarcos interior made my custom made bed frame and they also reupholster my 2 sofas. Profesional work I love my bed and couches. I do recommend them if you are looking to get a custom made furniture.

They have not delivered, or possibly even built, my aunt’s bed frame
order that was placed almost
a year and a half ago. I have witnessed the poor
communication with customers and the
way excuses are given rather than offering an actual
solution or refund.

I made my sectional with zarcos they have a good quality of work . My sofa looks amazing. I took them a picture of what I was looking for and they made it. They are the best 👌 thank you
