Love this store! Patient, helpful folks. Great selection. My favorite line they have is the Hecho en Mexico wood furniture -- bought a bed, night tables, wall decor, an entertainment table, a box spring...good quality, great price. Wonder what I'll get next visit?!

Went looking for a recliner all at the furniture stores in Pell City. They were all so expensive UNTIL we came to Room by Room. They have good brands and yet their prices are so much lower. The chairs are situated where you can lean all the way back to test them out which doesn't happen at all stores. It seemed like they had a lot more to choose from as well. We were lucky that the truck was about to leave out & had room on it - they delivered it the same day. Customer service was top notch - they didn't follow us around the store, just let us know they were there if we had any questions. Definitely will go back.

I bought a sofa from room by room to be delivered today. Most furniture stores give you a window of time for delivery. Not room by room , they call when you are the next place. Therefore you wait and wait. I have other things to do instead of wasting the day. I will go elsewhere next time. I do not recommend room by room.
