We’ve been to Just about all the local HomeGoods/Marshalls , Rowland Heights, Walnut , Glendora, Monrovia ,Chino ,Brea and Yorba Linda. They are all basically the same other than some stores have product that other HomeGoods have ran out of ,It’s a hunting game for your favorite designer products, Rather it be Rae Dunn cups ,clothing ,seasonal products, bakeware ,kitchenware, jewelry ,candies ,my favorite are imported Italian candy. They have patio furniture and indoor furniture .They have a lot of different products at great deals. The structure inside is big with so much merchandise. The service is courteous and friendly with many cashiers most of the time .The line might be long on the weekends at times, but goes fast. There’s plenty of parking with a handicap stalls close to the front entrance.

I had a terrible experience at Marshalls & HomeGoods. I called this afternoon to check if they had the Breville 870XL in stock. The employee confirmed they had it and even said they could hold it for me. However, when I arrived at the store, I was told it had already been reserved for another customer. It's extremely frustrating that they didn't bother to update me or correct the mistake beforehand. I could have saved my time and effort if they had just been honest or called me back. Terrible customer service and a huge disappointment!

The worst experience at a retail store. I fell in the shoe aisle and hurt my back. There was a sticky liquid on the floor that hadn't been cleaned. My husband told the employee what had happened and she laughed! When my sons and I approached the manager she said that it happens all the time and there was nothing she could do. I am in contact with upper management and city officials about this very disturbing situation.

One of the better stocked outlets in Los Angeles. The home section is particularly good. They have a large carpets section which are decent quality and affordable (less than $300). I like the layout of the store and the reasonable size as opposed to a Walmart Superstore where you have to walk a whole street block walk to go to another department. Here even the bathroom is clean.

I use to Love coming here but had the worst employee named Maria. Asked her for help and she ignored me , Asked her again told me to wait I just needed a price check, went to cashier to complain because she had me waiting over 20 minutes. She came to me with attitude took my item told me to wait and came back mad. Worse employees there. No one helps you
