Very mean Grey hair lady told us to go somewhere else when we told her their items were dirty. We will for SURE go elsewhere.

We were kind and at the least expect kindness back. Is it too much to ask for these days?

Staff is always friendly and helpful, knowledgeable about most items, and if not they find out. We prefer to shop in person where possible because we can examine the items before buying.

Our local Tualatin Staples has helped me for years by supplying most all of my real estate office needs. If I need something fast at the computer department, or buy a a case of printing paper which they offer to carry out for me. Cheerful and good sale prices bring me back to support local shopping. I went to this Staples to look at laptops, and employee greeted me, and asked me if I had any questions. I did, and he answered all of them. He was very helpful in explaining the laptops, and the Staples warranty stuff. I told him I was going to talk it over, and maybe come back. I asked him if he made commission too, I wanted to make sure he got credit for the sale. He said he didn't, and that any employee could help me when I came back.

Two days later I came back. I was the only customer in the laptops part of the store. An employee, different person than the guy who originally helped me, was close by. She didn't appear to be doing anything, she didn't greet me when I came in, and didn't ask if I needed any help.

I was there to buy a $1000 dollar laptop, a long with the Staples warranty thing. I spent a half hour looking and lingering at the laptop area. She did not acknowledge my presence at all, and I was literally the only customer there. At one point, I heard her talk to a fellow employee about a difficult customer she had earlier that day.

After spending a half hour there, I went straight to Best Buy and bought a MacBook. It was a great experience, great price.

I went back to Staples yesterday, just to check out Chromebooks for me and my daughter. Same employee from before was there, no greeting, no help. This time you thought, there was another guy in the laptop area too. As far as I could tell she was ignoring him too. I played around on the Chromebook for 15 minutes while the other guy waited for someone to help him. I found a Chromebook I like, and I'll buy it from Best Buy too.

Staples, you've got one great employee, and one who clearly needs some additional training and mentoring.

i went shopping for a laptop bag and couldn’t find one in store. The associate, Jonathan, was extremely helpful and professional. Helped me find and order one online so I can pick it up from the store a couple days later. While I was waiting in line I heard him recommend to another customer options for some printing paper that she was buying that was a better deal but had the same qualities and features as the one she had selected. This is the type of service that every customer deserves and should receive. If I was hiring a customer service associate for my business this is the type of person I would want working on my team. I would definitely come back to this store to shop again after my experience today!!

Had some Amazon returns, so came here for the first time for that purpose. It was quick and easy, and they offered a 15% off coupon for using them to return Amazon items here! Nice! I had no intention on shopping but figured I would take a look around since I had the coupon. Ended up I purchasing a desk and chair! 🤑 They were both on clearance +15% off from my coupon!!! What a great deal!!! The cashier was super awesome. So nice, helpful, very polite and patient. He even set me up with their new Rewards Program that just started today. (Since I will now bring all my Amazon returns here I will definitely use the rewards program). Another really helpful staff member helped me out to my car, which is pretty small and full of lil dogs, soooo he even figured out a way to make my items fit, which was quite a feat! Thank you guys! 😊

Wish there was a “0”rating. Went to do an Amazon return right after store opened for the day. Two young employees behind counter chatting. There was a woman in front of me who finally asked if she could get help. Young mans response was “what do you want”. Same unprofessional and rude interaction with me and the person behind me in line. Store must be desperate for help to keep employees like this.
