worker (older male) told not to take any photo without their permission...

Stay away from the today furniture. I had a really bad experience from this place. The owner of today furniture is not good. He promises that he delivery on time, but he is a liar. Never trust him he wants to cheat with the people.

STAY AWAY from this place. I enjoyed my purchasing experience with a friendly salesman and appeared to get a good deal on a nice piece of furniture. However the experience went south when it turned out to be defective, the customer service is very poor. I asked within the first month or two to return the couch, due to multiple defects, something that would be a standard return pretty much anywhere. I was told that no products could be returned anymore due to covid, whatever the issue is.

I have been waiting 8-10 months for a replacement piece of the sectional, with no followup from the store, I call periodically to check and am told to keep waiting. Finally I submitted a BBB complaint, I was told that I waited 4-5 months to bring up my issue (not true) and that I "must have done something to furniture (100% did not, it fell apart on its own), this issue wouldn't happen otherwise. No sense of doing what's the right for the customer, just waiting indefinitely. He says "I am losing money on long shipment times due to shipping delays, you need to wait", and that I didn't buy insurance (that wasn't offered to me). I'm a patient person and have no problem waiting, but I am appalled at the customer service here, will never shop here again. Hopefully I can get my money back and go somewhere else.

Great collection decent price, but customer service need improvement the other problem is delivery. I purchased a bedroom set and it was delivered 3 day late. Not only late, it was not the set I ordered, I went to the shop again he made typical excuse blaming delivery crew. Now after one week I am still waiting for my bed to arrive. Not recommended if you want your stuff on time but if you can wait a little longer than estimated delivery time than it is the right place. I am editing the review because it is taking too long for delivery.

I have been in this furniture store for several times and everything was awesome. Great customer service and lower price than other furniture stores in the area. We are very happy for buying of sofas, dining sets and coffee table set. I really recommend this furniture store for everyone who wants to buy furniture and accessories for their apartment or house. The person is very friendly and trying to find perfect furniture and accessories for everyone who goes to this store. We definitely buy our furniture and accessories from this store in the future and I will recommend it for all of my friends. Very. Nice as always. Didn't have what I wanted but will go back to talk ordering. I have an Amazing mattress set, Huge Beautiful bed Head foot.and rails and TV Console I bought 4-5 years ago.and they are still in great shape. My bed is heaven on earth I sleep well and don't wake up in pain.

Customer Service needs improvement. Manager is really rude, he is a guy who is skinny and has like middle east accent. His name might be Majeed. At the time of purchasing he doesn’t tell you about furniture store policy in case of exchange or return. It’s not available at any part of receipt as well. Even he tells you, he accept any exchange or return. But when you return an item, he says I am sorry. I gotta charge you 25%.

Please don’t waste your time and money there. You definitely regret it.
