Can we do a class action suit on this company? They are horrible and unprofessional. I work too hard for my money to just be played by this store. They sent two people who had no idea what they were doing. Four hours later… they didn’t build my vanity right. Back and forth with the store, they came back to deliver a new vanity, but brought the wrong vanity after waiting 4 hours. Mind you, they arrived passed 8pm.
Today- they called last minute and said they would come in 15 mins. I told the store manager I wasn’t home. I said give me one hour, I’ll be home by 2pm. Per my cameras, they came at 1:35. I got home at 1:45- they didn’t even call.
Store manager said it was my fault I wasn’t home, but he clearly said himself that I said to give them one hour until 2pm. But evidently they did not listen. Basically my fault because I wasn’t home!
This company is horrible- been giving me the run around. I just want my money back and I’ll never do business with them again!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Exaggerated delivery fees. Poor quality furniture. It will break. Guaranteed! Nothing is the price they advertise. Extremely overpriced for the quality. Do not order anything from their catalog! Pretty sure Temu has better quality than this place.

So I found this establishment through a Facebook ad (that should have been my first red flag). I decided to check out what they got, and fell in love with this bed frame. I had cash ready for it but found out I can finance. I applied, and got approved. I contacted them via telephone number was told to send pictures of which bed. I sent a picture was told “let me get the price for you” and never got a reply for hours I waited a whole day and went against all these bad reviews giving them benefit of the doubt but still no reply I’ve never had to chase after someone to take my money before they acting like I asked them out on a date or something, but I’ll be taking my business else where I don’t recommend this place. it is very unprofessional. Matter fact a 16 year old can run a business at McDonald’s better than this spot.

They are liars and will say and do anything to get the sale done! We purchased a sectional couch from this place and were told that it would be same day delivery. It took 3 days to be delivered and it was at 10pm!!! , not to mention they charged use over 100$ for delivery. The furniture was delivered eventually and installed. But one of the reclines were broken and took them a week ro replace and calling them everyday to get ot done. Now fast forward 6 months. The furniture is falling apart and isn’t holding its fluff anymore we called to get a technician or claim our warranty but nothing came out of it. Alot of empty promises that they will call us back the next day and nothing… its been 3 months and we still call them 3 times a week to get this pos fixed! I swear they will BS through anything! Save your money and dont shop here! Their positive reviews are most likely their employees… because no way they do any good

We went to this furniture store to purchase so custom made couches. These couches were 6200.00 we paid in FULL & in CASH. These company took our money gladly however hasn't delivered ALL of our furniture. They send 3 weirdo's to deliver the couches. They come in and I have to literally direct their whole traffic while bring the parts of the furniture that we bought. I had no idea what they were doing. Then they broke the wall light switch, they broke the lag on the couch and to add insult to the situation their hands were so dirty. I gently suggested that they wash thier hands they refused saying it's OK. Then once I noticed that they were getting the couches dirty I had to make them go wash their hands. Ridiculously crazy. Then they are leaving talking about sign this I said no where is the rest of my furniture, he had the nerves to say no that's it. I said no I have an ottoman that was paid for the gut said o maybe it's still processing he also said someone would call me tomorrow. Tomorrow came and went for days. I called to the furniture store to inquire about what happened the store had no IDEA what I was talking. I explained everything to the store they had me send pictures. I sent the pictures only for them to not look in the right place for the pictures. Then they say o will fix the broken things and deliver the furniture. They call me and say we will be there I. 30 minutes I say it doesn't work like thT I'm not home. He then says someone will call you tomorrow and they did to say they would becoming the next day. They did a no show no call and now we are 3 days out still nothing I call like hey whats up with these guys. They have no idea what has happened again. I tell them to refund my money back they say no. I say this is a joke. We paid for something that we have yet to get. The owner doesn't care about what is going on. This is unacceptable business practice. I say stay wmaway from them they are a freaking joke.

My mom and I both bought sofas here. Their prices are legit! We got furniture dresser and a custom sofa reclining. The quality is real good and they make them here in Roseville.

They told me 600 + tax 48 in card or if cash no tax
I give him 200 cash and the remaining will be 400 + tax
I give him 200 and the card he said 452
I asking why it’s increasing
You told me 48 on total 600
Why 52 on 400
He said I will not deal with you
For me I dontttttttt care for extra money
But he was not honest

He wasn’t respecting me front my daughter
Idont recommend this place for any one
