Clean, well lit store with lots of options in a variety of price ranges. We don't have a lot of cash for furniture and we managed to find a great couch that was well within our price range and even got a nice end table to go with it. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely is going to be our main go-to for all future furniture purchases.

Staff was great but that was about it. Couch and love seat started falling apart within the first week. If you get up on the couch it cracks, and has even broken in a few places and it’s only been a month or so. Won’t come back due to the quality they sell here. If I knew it was going to be like this I would have spent a couple hundred more and bought it off the show room floor.

I found a mattress that I liked in the store and I called over the phone about an hour later to buy it and they repriced it and told me I was just incorrect and when I came into the store to see if I had just been mistaken they hadn't even put the new tag on the bed yet! My friend and I had both looked at the price. They didn't apologize, they just kept telling me if I didn't have a picture to prove it had been a different price then it wasn't. I can't believe they were so disrespectful. I unfortunately won't be shopping at Baileys again. Very disappointing.

There is a reason this store has better reviews. Kenny was very friendly and informative. I had to lay on almost every bed before making a decision but he hung in there with me. I liked that he didn't push for me to get a more expensive bed. Instead, he wanted to find what was right for me and I appreciate that service. I put my bed on their 25% down 30 day layaway and I'll be back to pick it up in a week or so (:
