Wow. Just wow. Dalila and Carlos are simply amazing. The quality of the workmanship, materials and service are top notch. I am arguably one of the pickiest of clients - details matter to me and I like to be involved with the process, every step of the way. I made changes along the way and Dalila was very responsive and informative - from start to finish. I wish more businesses were run like they run their business - with such professional (and personal) care, and clearly a passion for their profession and excellence. The original chairs were manufactured by a high end designer and the reupholstered chairs that Lucio's did were far superior when compared to the original chairs. I couldn't have asked for anything more - they went above and beyond, every step of the way. Mind you, this was a complicated job. But they handled it better than any other vendor l've ever worked with (I love custom, quality work). Best part is that Dalila and Carlos are just good people - GREAT people! Hardworking, more than fair and reasonable, honest/ transparent, fast, and extremely dedicated. I am truly beyond impressed.

PS I think the reason they only have 7 reviews is probably because they don't solicit reviews (they didn't even ask me to do this). And while I don't feel like giving out my hard fought/ found secrets these folks deserve the recognition and appreciation. This business is gem and it just doesn't get any better than this. Lucia’s Upholstery was there for us! The work done makes our furniture look like new again. My husband and I were so surprised to have the quick turn around that they provided to us. It was delightful to work with Delia who helped me choose the perfect fabrics. I would definitely refer them to my family & friends!!

It’s a great experience to work with Dalila. She showed me the sample fabric firstly. Later they came to my house and picked up, fixed and delivered them back. Those chairs look like brand new. Thanks them for the service.

I found Lucio through yelp and contacted Dalila . She responded immediately and came to my place with samples . She has great sample choices for fabric and foam .Carlos took the measurements for our inbuilt bench and another bench for upholstery. They listened to my needs and taste and were ready to work on what I needed . She was communicative through the entire project and delivered the upholstery before the estimated deadline . The workmanship is excellent and I am extremely happy with the final product . I would reach out to them again for my future upholstery needs and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for some great upholstery at reasonable prices

Honest, professional experience. I found a Victorian era chair at an estate sale that I knew would be perfect as a gift for my adult daughter...but it was completely worn out and self destructing.
