Let me start by saying the family is great and they offer amazing service so it saddens me to leave this review. However, considering that we purchased a couch from them a week before Christmas and it has already broken in multiple places, I feel obligated to warn the public about the quality of their products. I should not be couch shopping for a new couch less than 2 months after we purchased one from this company. I weigh approximately 165 pounds and my daughter is 110. My husband is just under 200. We work constantly and spend most of our time at home either at the dining room table, tinkering around or in our room and have only had about 10 occasions at the absolute max to sit in our living room. I’m completely disappointed that our couch has fallen apart so easily. It’s just unbelievable. And we only purchased here in an effort to support local small business. Unfortunately this attempt has backfired immensely.

Absolutely Fantastic Customer Service at this store!!! Naomi is a Fantastic Business person& knows the business in& out!!! I have furnished my entire apartment from this store including my bedroom- Living Room &Dining Room table& Chairs!!! Also purchased 2 comforters &2pillows as well as T.V.stand and Coffee Table!!!
