We couldn’t be more thrilled with the results of our home remodel. We did a large scale remodel that expanded our hillside home, redid the entire exterior look of our home including changes to the overall look and feel of the home, significantly expanded a bathroom and redid the interior flooring. It was a very large project, and we stayed in our home during the project. We highly recommend Ross Construction.

First and foremost, Darin and Steve made this experience pleasant. They listened to our ideas and concerns and worked with us every step of the way. There were weekly update meetings with a written agenda that tracked our concerns/questions/punch list, completed items for the week, next payment installment amount/due date and a schedule of what would be happening in the following weeks.

Every detail of construction was meticulous. Darin’s teams were skilled, friendly, pleasant to work with, respectful of our space, and tidy. Since we lived in during our remodel, having a tidy space was important.

The quality of the materials and workmanship is outstanding, and the finished product reflects both exceptional craftsmanship and thoughtful design.

There were no unexpected expenses. Darin’s price estimate was higher than other contractors. BUT he came highly recommended to us from 2 sets of very picky friends, and we were reassured that his budgeting was exceedingly thorough and that any cost overages on the project would be because we added scope not because of budgeting oversight or unexpected expenses. We found this to be the case. There was absolutely no nickle and diming and no financial surprises. We did ask for a few extras (such as a whole bathroom remodel) mid-project; an estimate was provided upfront and agreed to before the additional work began.

We couldn’t be happier with how the remodel has not only elevated the aesthetic of our home but also improved its flow and livability. We would work with Darin again in a heartbeat! He is worth every penny from the craftsmanship to the positive experience.

There can be a lot of concerns hiring an unknown contractor in any trade to work on your house, but I can promise Ross Construction will not disappoint. Is it time to remodel or construct a room addition for you and your family? Think about how perfect it would be to actually enjoy this somewhat stressful event. We had envisioned a room addition and added bathtub to our downstairs bathroom. However, we aren’t the DIY capable type of people. We contacted several contractors, including Ross Construction. We were pleased with choosing Ross Construction; Darin Ross, the contractor and his network of master professionals. The architect, builders, masons, painters, and other key personnel enabled our 256 square foot addition and bathtub to be an exciting and pleasant experience. Darin takes the time to listen to us, as the clients, verifies and clarifies each task on a daily basis or during a scheduled weekly meeting. We always felt at ease with the friendliness and professional manners of each worker that enabled our vision to become a reality. We are truly pleased with Ross Construction. Darin Ross completed a large addition project for us and I highly recommend him for many reasons. First, his bidding process was clear and straight forward, and comparable to a prior bid. As a designer, I have worked with many contractors and different trades over the years. Darin is easily one of the best I have ever worked with in terms of quality, timeliness, honesty and value. He was physically onsite daily and also highly responsive by phone/text. We had weekly meetings detailing what had been completed that week, and what was expected the following week. The project came in on time, on budget and he was a strong leader, and a strong communicator throughout the process.
