The gentlemen took good care of me and my family's needs. Most people just take us to the most expensive item without giving a thought to what the customer is really looking for but not him . He listen to our needs and wants and adjusted accordingly. I will come again to get my next bed set for my family and if your a shopper reading this. We recently purchased a new Beautyrest California king mattress set and other items from Sleep Comfort by Nerlands. We had an outstanding experience. The price was fair, the choices were good, and the service was excellent. Because we were out of town when the mattress would have been delivered, they held it for us for over a month until our return. When first delivered, the box springs were the wrong size and Nerlands replaced them immediately with no questions asked. The delivery crew was absolutely outstanding; they arrived promptly, were very efficient, were well masked, and took off their shoes without even being prompted. We would purchase again from Nerlands in a heartbeat.

Best mattress buying experience ever! Salesman/owner was knowledgeable, helpful, and very good at catering to our needs. He helped us find the right mattress for us without pushing expensive items. He was also very good at stepping away at appropriate times so my husband and I could discuss options privately with as much time as we needed, no rush. We found a great deal and had such a good shopping experience (which we were dreading from previous mattress buying experiences) that instead of going to the other stores to shop around as we originally planned - we purchased right then and were able to move on to our other to-do items of the day. Highly recommend shopping at Sleep Comfort by Nerlands.

Upon entering I was greeted by an older gentleman with a welcoming “ hello! How can I help you!” I had been searching for a Bed( Mattress) for a good year at that time and something about his approach was memorable in a “good” way.

As the gentleman began going through the variety of beds, he was knowledgeable, professional and so kind. We spoke about him being from Washington, which we had in common and made me like him and this business even better. I had ran into nice- and friendly customer service other on my search ~ but he sealed the deal of where I wanted to spend my hard - earned money.

I went back and called 2-3 times and along with this gentleman, I think his name was Roger, everyone was professional and helpful. Customer Service is huge for me and I was met with that from this family owned business with a great first meeting with him the minute I walked in the door.

I finally decided to go buy my Mattress and as a long time Retired DoD employee and affiliated with the Armed service s~ to know this business supports the Military~ it sealed the deal!

I have bought two mattresses from here now as they are the only distributor for Savvy Rest in Anchorage. Nonetheless, the customer service and experience has been great both times. I definitely recommend them.

We have decided not to support any business that advertises on the afternoon radio program put on by Mike Porcaro and his sidekick. They are routinely disrespectful and unprepared for newsworthy comments and commentary; reading published articles shows their lack of consideration for a board audience and full range of potential listeners. If there were any programming competition in Anchorage in the afternoons, this radio show would be off the air in short order. So, that Nerlands advertises on this station, and even though we are in the market for a new mattress now, my wife and I will not give our business to Nerlands. There are plenty of better, honorable alternatives.
