I had a great experience. They found fabric to match my cushions that other places said was discontinued. They had my cushions ready in an amazing amount of time. They were courteous and called me as soon as they were ready. It was 1/2 the price I was quoted at another place..

We could not be happier with the job Victor and his crew did reupholstering our 18 year old Danish Modern sectional. We chose a color of faux suede that blends with our other furnishings. They did a wonderful job beefing up the the foam so it feels like brand new sofa. I would recommend them to anyone.

Worst customer service ever. Tried calling a couple weeks back. Told me to email him pictures and that he would get back with an estimate. Never got back to me. When I finally called a couple weeks later, he essentially told me to do it myself because it would be too expensive. It was to literally sew a couple of inches of leather on a sofa. Completely unprofessional and am surprised it’s still in business.

Victor, the owner and Cisco are unbelievably professional and honest. I needed the cover for my wheelchair pad redone and they were right on it. The quality of the work they do is 5-star!!

I am in the restoration business. We use vendors like this all the time. I called and spoke w/Victor and he told me to send my info in and he would write an estimate for me. That was in Jan. I have NEVER heard back. VERY Unprofessional. I would not-NO-COULD NOT do this to my customers. Very disappointing.

Tuesday: Took my chair in for an estimate to repair the springs. He told me he would call me later that day. Never called. Wednesday: I called around 430pm and he said he had to take the back off so call me tomorrow at 10am. (I'm suppose to call him!!) Thursday: I called him at 1pm. He was out of the shop but told ME to call at 145pm. I decided that I didn't want to deal with this poor customer service and went and picked up the chair. No explanation or apology from him!! Unless you have unending patience, look elsewhere!

Today, I called for price estimation and trying to see if I can buy the materials from him. Victor (the owner I guess) was very rude and unprofessional; he told me to call back when I want him to change the cushing of my chairs and slam the phone down. I don't recommend to nobody to do business with someone that has poor costumer service.
