We hired Kathleen to draw our plans for our new home in Flagstaff. It was a terrible experience. The plans were woefully inadequate so we had countless problems and delays with the county building department. Kathleen has minimal knowledge of construction and is unprofessional. Whenever I contacted her with a question she was defensive and felt I shouldn't question her since she was a "pro". Do not hire SDD.

The hardest part of finding an Architect for me was finding someone I could trust and someone who I knew would do a good job. Hiring SDD to was the best decision I made in the design process of my projects. Not only do they take my idea and make it better they helped me through the hoops and hurdles of the city planning and zoning put me through each time. They knows their codes and how to operate around them to your benefit. I highly recommend SDD to anyone in need of an Design/Drafting Service.
