I ordered the lighted mirror for my parents new house that was being remodelled. One of the mirror was broken. Contacted Matt of DLaguna. He was very prompt in response. They did not have another that matched the original order. I returned the other one and he sent us another pair. Having experienced online stores that did not respond promptly or not at all, it was very refreshing to have a company like dlaguna. I would definitely look into their products again when my need arise. I highly recommend the company. By the way I was working on the remodel being done in LA from Ohio, so I was under a lot of stress.

Dlaguna has outstanding customer service. Due to the supply-chain issues that have impacted nearly every sector of the economy, my delivery was delayed. But the team there was very responsive, patient, and always very friendly. The associates there obviously care. Highly recommended.

DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Iordered an expensive chair that 1. arrived in the wrong color and 2. could not be assembled because the screws did not line up with the holes. So far, the experience has been terrible. Their customer service process is awful. While the representatives are polite and responsive, they continue to blame the lack of a resolution on "the manufacturer". The thing is, I didn't purchased the item from the manufaturer. I purchased it from DLaguna. They will not send me a new chair in the color I ordered nor will they take the chair back "because they have to hear from the manufacturer", which never happens...

I ordered a mirror from them back in December. It's been a month, and they haven't shipped it after missing multiple promised shipping dates. They blame COVID when other companies have managed to deliver most of the products for my bathroom renovation. So far they've been completely unreliable.

Top-notch response from Customer Service: I needed to cancel an order after processing had been completed and shipping was about to take place. Fortunately for me, the customer service agent, Matthew, was able to intervene and cancel the order.

This company is an absolute joke. Delivered a shattered mirror and said because I opened it after their required time to report a claim (14 days!) that I would only qualify for half off my next mirror because they weren't going to be able to file an insurance claim. So the solution was for me to assume the burden of a $1,000+ broken mirror. They finished the convo with superb customer service, saying there was no way they could confirm I didn't break the mirror, effectively calling me a liar. Just check out their condescending responses to Google reviews. Class.

Where to start with this review First of they kept telling us that the LED mirror will be shipped in 2 days and that was one week ago. We called back again yesterday and yet they tell us it will be shipped in 2 days. WHAT A JOKE!! I would give this company the big 0 STAR rating. Terrible customer service and bunch of liars. Never again will we order anything from this place.
