I cannot state how phenomenal Mayer is, ESPECIALLY Amanda. Like any reasonable human who knows how busy businesses like this can be, I called ahead to schedule an actual appointment with her to ensure she would be able to help me pick out all of the lighting for my new house. After meeting with her, I easily understood why she came so highly recommended by my contractor. She never once made me feel rushed or like I was taking up too much of her time. She actually spent more than 3 hours patiently going through every available light fixture they could get that fit the design of my house & what I was looking for. That is exactly why I would only ever buy my lights from Mayer now because they understand the true value in excellent customer service! It may be a lost art many places, but Mayer is fortunate to have staff who still deliver it each & every time. Not only did she help me that day, but she has continued to help with any issue that came up after, like needing to swap out a couple of lights after a change was made in building the house or figuring up exactly how much space I need in between lights while hanging up the string lights I bought through them for the patio. She is not only a phenomenal representative for Mayer, but also just a phenomenal human in general. Thanks to Mayer, I have the most beautiful lights I could ever ask for in my new house that not only work with the space & design, but just makes my heart happy every time I look at them. I will forevermore send everyone I hear mentioning needing lighting to Mayer!!

If I could give them a zero I would they picked out what bulb I needed and ordered it four of them needless to say they did not work in my light that I needed I took them back and they refused to refund my money I will never go in there again this was the fault of whoever ordered this product not me poor customer service

I purchased a cookie cutter home a few years back and just wasn't happy with the builder grade fixtures that were selected. It was my first home, so I was unaware of a lot of things regarding the building process -- lesson learned. I spoke with Amanda when I entered the showroom and she was gracious enough to walk me through the options they had. She helped me pick out an entire light package that fit my home perfectly! Thanks a bunch!

I had an awful experience with this showroom. I am building a home and needed to select lighting. Amanda was extremely rude to me. When I arrived, she did not want to assist me and asked if I could come back. When I explained that I needed to pick out lighting due to upcoming travel, she was extremely frustrated. On many occasions, she belittled next. She told me that if I had an interior designer, then I would understand that the lighting did not have to match the plumbing fixtures. She told another customer on the phone that she couldn’t help them in front of me and other sales associates because she hadn’t even had lunch. She hung up on another customer and when they called back, she stated that they obviously didn’t understand if someone hangs up on you, then don’t call back. This was by far the worst experience in customer service I have ever had. I do not plan on using them to furnish the lighting in my home.

Awful customer service! The women here are so rude! I stopped in to see if they carried a small light fixture that was broken and needed to match the other 4 in my kitchen. Rather than just say "sorry no, we don't have that" they started making stupid suggestions like "just take the others down, everything will match then!" Really funny. Thanks for nothing.
