Best experience ordering my daughter's 13th bday cake. Vanilla buttercream, with an extra sheet of cake. We got so many compliments on it ( I only added the black bows) The design was beautiful and the cake it self was delicious. The best to go place for cakes and cupcakes. It's so affordable!

I would rate it higher but they have yet to fix their electric grocery carts. One has a dying battery that dies halfway through a visit, and the other has a bad conduction seat so you have to repeatedly sit off then back on for it to go again(doesn't help when you have had Hip surgery) please rectify this so we can come back, but for now we won't be back to your store

For those of you that order Flowers through either Albertsons or FTD flowers via Albertsons La Mirada( delivered by Doordash ), just know they keep the tip and delivery drivers get paid very little to deliver through Doordash, it's either a dollar a mile if we're lucky, but most of the time it's even less than that. If you are tipping, please tip cash (or not at all since driver won't see it anyway) so that it will go to the drivers. Thanks

This Albertsons is nice because it has a few additional items in the bakery/bread section that the La Habra location doesn't. The downside is that the whiskey selection isn't quite as good. There's not a whole lot of difference in the stores in the area but these are a couple things I've noticed.

Rented a rug doctor and cleaning solution and then found out a couple hours later (unused) that I didn't need to use it, called in and spoke to an associate and the manager Yvette who refused a refund without any understanding for the customer. Will not shop here anymore and I recommend people to shop elsewhere that supports better customer care.

3/21/2024 = 3 Star = the cashier manager from self check out not helping at all .

3/12/2021 = 5 Star = Another good costumer service, got a free bag too , thank you Cashier and Management .

2020 = 5 Star = Always best costumer service in this branch.

So now I’m driving to Ralph’s… I came to Albertsons 5 minutes until closing to grab some FreshPet dog food near the front of the store. When I got to the front door, it was already locked 5 minutes early. I don’t understand why you wouldn’t just leave the door open the additional 5 minutes until 11 pm as advertised on your Google Business Profile.

Otherwise a great store. Been coming here since I was in the 5th grade.

They have a large selection of goods. However, I didn't find exactly what I was looking for yesterday. It has had what I wanted in the past (when those items couldn't be found elsewhere).
