I hate to leave negative reviews, but I absolutely DO NOT recommend shopping here. Unbelievable LACK OF RESPECT or regard to customer service in fixing an issue - product not as described and the way it was sold to us.

I bought a glider from furniture city, floor model was 50% off but was upsold to buy full price. Salesperson showed me a fabric on the floor and said this is what my chair would look like, arrived completely different (grey not white) and they refuse a return, even though the photos look totally different online. Regardless of photos, we clearly asked sales person for white/tan. Took no responsibility, and I repeatedly had to call into their customer service to even hear back. They claim we should've been asked to confirm color on delivery (we weren't). I also found the product I bought for $150 cheaper online and they won't credit or price match. Won't exchange or refund, and have only offered me a discount on future purchases, which I obviously won't be using. So sad to see a company not care about customers and service, at such a vulnerable time in our life expecting a baby.

If you are looking for a futon, bean bag, or kids bed, including bunks, stop here. On my visit, I was greeted by Jose. I told him what I was looking for and even though he didn't have it in stock, he was catalogs of items I was looking for. His price is very competitive to online retailers. He even worked out a deal to which I couldn't say no to. I am very satisfied with every aspect of my purchase, including delivery and setup. I highly recommend this family owned business, you won't regret it.

Great family-owned business. They have amazing service and prices are extremely competitive. The owner is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Able to get furniture quickly and great delivery and assembly service. They sell bean bags which are extremely hard to find. Also great kids furniture, space saving furniture, bunk beds wide selection of children's furniture. If you are shopping for kids, dorm room furniture, space-saving furniture mattresses, futons, dressers, mirrors desks and pretty much anything you need to furnish your home! Also if they don't have it they can get it fairly quickly. Wide selection a lot of options. I highly recommend this store for all of your family furniture needs. Will definitely be back to Furniture City in Orange ?Jose and Diego delivered and set up my furniture quickly they were on time and extremely professional. Thank You for the great service!

We had a great experience 2 months ago with Jose at Furniture City. He was so nice & professional.
He took his time and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. We purchased a Cal King mattress and new bedroom set and we love it!! Beautiful, sturdy pieces that look so great in our bedroom.
I just went back today and purchased a beautiful mid-century modern dining table that is going to be an awesome addition to my home.
The best part was only having to wait a few days for all the furniture! No waiting months and months like the large furniture chains!!!

We ordered our new futon mattress and cover Tuesday, and it was delivered on Thursday! Jose at store so friendly and knowledgeable, delivery man, professional and friendly! We love the quality and service! Looks great! Support our local businesses!

This place definitely has the feel of a small business. I"m told the owner of the shop and the manufacturer are brothers. I came for bean bag chairs and they have a decent selection with several levels of quality. You can find comparable products online for cheaper, however I feel furniture (even bean bag chairs) should be tested before purchase. Nowhere else carries the product in store if you're like me and on the fence about what you want.

Love this place! AWESOME customer service. Family owned and operated for 54 years! So many fabric options for covers it makes is hard to decide! So I'm coming back for more covers!
