Three pieces of furniture originally from the historic Lee Hotel in Yuma were brought to Daniel to have upholstered. They are absolutely stunning today! Amazing craftsmanship, excellent communication, and affordable pricing! The peeling in our RV was beyond frustrating and started to occur shortly after purchase. After extensive research and first hand references, I selected Active RV Upholstery and I am very happy with the result. Matches the interior perfectly, clean installation, and a durable material. I drove all the way from San Diego to have the work done. Attached some before and after photos.

I cannot say enough good things about Active RV Upholstery Products. The Motor Home Windshield Drapes I ordered as replacements (originals were badly stained) fit perfectly, work perfectly, and look great...better in all ways than the original OEM Drapes.

Service and communications were outstanding and delivery was fast and on schedule as promised.

With all that, pricing was very fair.

I will definitely spread the word to my Motor Home friends, and order other products from them if/when they are needed.

We had our RV sofa reupholstered here, providing our own fabric which we had bought from the manufacturer. I didn't realize that our pattern would not be matched since I used to sew years ago and knew that was standard practice. If I knew he would not take the time to match the pattern, I would have looked elsewhere. We also had him put sew lines on the cushions and now regret that. The lines are not staying straight based on how he added additional cushioning to the bottom. Also, the upper back of the sofa does not stay square.

All in all, we are so disappointed in how this was done. We wish we knew he was not a professional. Very nice man, but not a professional seamster. I think if you have one of his basic fabrics you will be okay but he is not versatile enough for you to provide your own fabric. We are stuck now as we don't have enough fabric for this to be fixed. I guess we got what we paid for. ?

We just received our beautiful new custom sofa and couldn’t be happier! We have a 2019 Grand Design Momentum and this sofa fits perfect and look better than the one it came with, not to mention it’s so comfortable! Working with Daniel and Peyton was great. We highly recommend them!

This upholstery shop is truly top quality. Daniel knows what he is doing and does excellent work. I had 2 flexsteel captains chairs and a folding sofa bed done for my campervan. They were pretty old and tore up. The quality of vinyl used was excellent. He put in good time getting the color scheme I asked for and went above and beyond. The foam he used to replace my cushions was very comfortable. It actually absorbs bumps and vibration very well, which impressed me. He also did a headliner and some trim panels for me.

I meant to get a review and pictures up sooner. I've just had a lot of other things going on. I had to store everything for a few months while tearing everything else out down to bare metal. I will post more pictures of his work as soon as I get them all back together.

I requested info on a nose bra/mask for my Gateway 5th Wheel. I was asked to send exact measurements and photos of the RV. The website refers to "Custom Made" covers, and shows a picture (under the 5th Wheel section) of a 5th wheel RV with a nice-fitting front cover/nose bra. I assumed I'd get a cover that was "custom made" to fit my RV. What I got was a square piece of naugahyde-like material that doesn't fit at all. You can see from the pics, it's not wide enough to cover the front of the RV. Also, the suction cups provided with the cover are inadequate to hold the cover, which is fairly heavy on the RV. I waited several months before opening the package and attempting to install it. My mistake - when I sent pics of the poor fit to Active Upholstery and asked for a refund, I was told it was too late to return it.

If you're looking for a "custom made" RV cover, this is not the place to get it...

Owner Daniel met us this am (Thursday) at the main gate of Arizona Marketplace Yuma. It's a 3 day job to have the bra measured, cut, and installed. Claudio is doing a great job, he is meticulous. We are very pleased with the process and the progress so far. UPDATE Saturday: The job is done! Owner Daniel and Craftsman Claudio did an outstanding job and the job is done as promised. We are very pleased with our new motorhome bra and recommend Daniel at Active RV Upholstery (Yuma AZ) for any upholstery work needed - for your RV or home!
