We went with this electrician after a mutual friend recommended the business.
The work was done quickly and effectively but when the billing came we realized things were a very shady and dishonest.
Before going with this company we asked about pricing. We were given a price for a 2 hour minimum and were told the price for each additional hour. They said that was their labor price and we would also pay parts.
The electrician was in our home for exactly 31 minutes (thank you Ring doorbell for exact time). When the bill came we were charged for 2.5 hours plus parts. When I asked about the 2.5 charge when the guy was here 31 minutes I was informed that the time also included his drive time and the time it took to shop for parts. I sure wish I had been informed of that before hiring the guy. We also had the work done on the evening before a holiday but were told the evening hours weren't a big deal and it wouldn't be charged over time. When we asked about the bill they threw in our face that 'we had a guy out the night before a holiday, and weren't charged overtime'. Wait a minute, wasn't that the original deal when you offered that service hour time? Oh and while the guy was here he apologized for coming in the evening because he couldn’t work normal hours that day due to a personal commitment.
And our biggest issue, when we approached him about the bill amount and why his professionalism went out the window and became very rude.

We have used All Alaska Electric on numerous projects through out the Lower Yukon School District and have found them to be very professional and quick to respond to our needs. They have completed projects that have been very challenging and did it in a manner that all involved are completely satisfied.
