Aaron, Lauren and the entire Barden team were wonderful to work with. It's a rare occasion that you'd hear a home owner state that a renovation project came in on time and on budget. But that is exactly what Barden Home Builders did, they "completed the project ON TIME and ON BUDGET", and we couldn't be more delighted with our second story addition.

As you would expect in a project of this scale, there were unknown challenges that came up in this 6 month MAJOR renovation and the Barden team addressed each challenge with professionalism and multiple paths forward in each occasion.

We were also thankful for Lauren's design time and talents. We came to the project with architectural drawings, but had no idea we'd have so many fixture, finish and flooring choices to navigate. She helped match our current style and finishes as well as presenting fun updates to our 1930's home interior. Having a designer on our building team was invaluable and we're grateful for the guidance.

In summary, Barden Home Builders are a team of professional, quality minded and talented individuals. I'd highly recommend them for any and all home improvement, renovation and building projects.

I was a little skeptical when I saw Barden had a 5.0 star rating. Even though they were the highest bid for our project, we just had a good feel for them and decided to move forward with Barden. We are so glad we did, and now totally understand the 5.0 rating. They are total pro’s. Everything was on time - which almost never happens these days. My wife and I hired Barden Home Builders to build an attached RV/Hobby Garage to my existing home in Williams.
This was not an easy task! Matching the new garage to the existing home proved difficult, however Aaron Richards and his crew completed the project on time and made the new addition appear as though it was original. In fact, the previous home owners recently stopped by to talk to us and they initially failed to realize that we had added the RV garage.
