Our service technician, Ryan, was timely, friendly, and knowledgeable, which made the entire experience thoroughly enjoyable. The results Bright Star Carpet Care achieved with our carpets were impressive, they felt significantly plusher - fantastic! While I wished for a faster drying time, the protector applied by Bright Star Carpet Care in Fairfield does cause it to dry a bit slower, but it's incredibly worthwhile.
