Jimmy was excellent! No pressure, left me alone to lay on the beds for extended time to get the feel for the right mattress. Very informative about the mattresses, helped me select the right one for me. And gave me a mattress protector for free! Bought my first mattress at Christian’s 15 years ago and I loved it, but it’s time for a new one! Thanks Jimmy!

Jimmy was very helpful. He welcomed us into the store by offering us pillow covers to use while borrowing pillows which we could use when sampling mattresses. We tried multiple bed options for comfort. He was informative about mattress and bed frame options but never pushy. He helped us find a comfortable mattress in our price range and a bed frame that met our needs. He worked with us to get it delivered in the timeframe we needed. It was a great shopping experience!

Such a clean, well laid out store, with a nice variety of mattresses to choose from. We hadn’t intended on purchasing a mattress today, but just to go in and get information. However, Kerie was so helpful and knowledgeable, she found us the perfect mattress… and we definitely tried out quite a few!! We left there knowing so much more about mattresses and with the perfect mattress for us! Thank you Kerie! I know we’re going to love it!!

Shopping for a mattress can be ironically exhausting. Anthony made the process easy. He listened to us, didn’t do any hard-selling and offered a perfect deal with all the details we needed. Last year my daughter and I went into Christian’s Mattress Xpress, San Luis Obispo. Jimmy Gutierrez helped us and went above and beyond explaining and educating us on each brand of mattress and box springs they carried in the store. I think we were in the store at least two hours and he never rushed us or pressured us in any way. We bought two Aireloom beds, one queen size for our home and our daughter bought a king-sized for her home. The delivery crew was absolutely excellent and professional and called each of us 30 minutes before arriving. They set up our respective beds in each of our homes. The Aireloom beds have been the best we have ever slept on! We each had such a positive experience with Jimmy, I returned to the store again today to purchase another Aireloom mattress for our guest room. Jimmy remembered my daughter and myself and again, showed me several levels of Aireloom mattresses that would be appropriate for our guest room. Both my daughter and I can highly recommend Jimmy and Christian’s Mattress Xpress, San Luis Obispo. You won’t be disappointed.
