The people at Decor are super knowledgeable with everything regarding lighting. I had an old ceiling fixture that failed. They knew the issue immediately (blown transformer) and recommended replacement parts. I eventually decided to replace the entire fixture using individual components that they sold, in order to make a more "customized" lighting fixture. They lined me up with all the needed parts, and the best part? The entire cost of the project that included 10 components with 3 pendant lights was LESS than two simple pendant lights (and no supporting components) from their competitors.
If you need to save time and money, go to these guys. My light cost me about 55% less than if I had gone to either the big box stores or the other, well known lighting store in Anchorage.

One of 2 options in Anchorage to get decent fixtures. We had a problem with our pendant lights and brought them in. They did a great job of restringing them with updated hardware and saved us from buying all new lights which would've taken weeks to get in during these covid times.

Placed an order 2 days after Thanksgiving with a guarantee that my order would be 2-3 weeks at the most. 2 weeks later I'm informed my pendants are discontinued so the same day I pick out new ones so the order can still get here on time I'm told. The main question before I placed my order for my kitchen monorail lighting was will I have this before Christmas.? Answer was absolutely.! Today is December 28th and I was told yesterday that my order would be here. And now I'm being told it went to Washington instead of Alaska and now it will be another week. That is 6 weeks for one monorail and 4 pendants. My lighting was not installed for Christmas or New Years and I couldn't be more disappointed. I could of gone down the street ordered the same thing for $200 more and had it here 4 weeks ago. One excuse after another with this place. At this point I just hope the order is correct when it gets here ?
