Just got our furniture and I had to leave a review immediately because the experience with Designs West was perfect end to end. Great, quality furniture selection and friendly service from the salespeople to the delivery technicians. The delivery and set-up fee was very reasonable and the techs were awesome folks who got the job done quickly and professionally. Highly recommend!

Very disappointed in their follow-up and customer service. I went into the store over a week ago and left my name and number for a design consultant to call me. Several days later when I had not heard back, I went on their website to see if I could schedule an appointment. I heard back from the consultant and we set a day and time for a phone call meeting and she said she would call me at the scheduled time. The call never came. The next day I received an email apology with the excuse that it had slipped her mind. Not the level of service I am looking for.

This is a totally unsolicited recommendation for Designs West.

I love this store for sooo many reasons. I’ve made it my “go to” place.

The staff and designers are excellent. Free designer help for in-store purchases (which are far more expansive than what is shown on the floor). --But, holy smokes, when they came to my house they gave me far more information for what I could do beyond their in store “buying options.” I was able to move forward with other construction options based on their advice. I probably should have paid for their expert advice.

I love that they apprentice new/studying designers and promote them with in-field experience. I had a fabulous apprentice who helped me through the process over several months. She was great, but it was also great that the store backed everything we did.

Customer service is beyond incredible! When my husband and I couldn’t plug in new lamps behind the bed furniture, Designs West was actually willing to come out to help us! It kinda felt like we were all family and they were determined to make sure everything worked for us. A very different experience from what I’ve had at other places.

Designs West is a remarkable store and has offset sites in Sedona- and I don’t know where else. They are super customer oriented and have remarkable resources to help you find whatever works for your situation.

I cannot say enough good things about this store. I bought an electric recliner from them. The motor started going bad 6 months later and then quit. They could not get a new one from the chair manufacturer for at least a month. Knowing you cannot use an electric recliner without a motor, they substituted out a new chair immediately. When that chair remote went bad, they again, substituted a new remote immediately. I really appreciate their commitment to their customers. We will buy all of our next new furniture from them. All of the employees were very helpful and attentive. Thank you.

This store is full of beautiful, great value and comfortable furniture with a huge selection. The sales people were knowledgeable, helpful and low pressure. I would highly recommend this place and definitely will be returning when it's time to purchase any new pieces!

Very pleased with this store, prices are reasonable and quality of furniture is great. But beyond that, the staff was knowledgeable and more than willing to make accommodations. Furniture shopping these days can be a nightmare, but happy to say you’re treated like an individual and not just another number here. Will definitely be back!
