We have used them for years and they have always been courteous, helpful, excellent communication. I ordered 2 yards of dirt to be delivered and it was $215. A bit lucrative until I saw my receipt was $19.60 for 2 yards of dirt so essentially I paid a $200 delivery fee for them to come not even ten miles to my house. (Even if it was 19.6 a yard, that still leaves it at a $175 delivery fee). Very disappointed and will know for future use to borrow a friends truck or even rent a truck to go pick it up myself. I'll still use them for future projects but they won't deliver to me again. I feel like I got majorly ripped off.

Great people. Very pleased. Have used them for a few years.
But just an FYI, the website says they close at 5pm, but they close at 4pm. Occasionally someone may be there later. I arrived yesterday after 4pm and the gate was locked. Thankfully, there was still a gentleman there and he helped me even though I could see he was about to call it a day. Very thankful for his willingness to accommodate me. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with everyone there.

I had a great experience ordering from this company over the summer. I got three loads of different materials and they delivered all of it. They have more of the materials I was looking for and better prices than anyone else I called. They are extremely helpful and extremely nice. Far better customer service than any other company I called, also. We'll definitely re-order from them.

This is my second time getting products from them. First time had load of soil conditioner and compost delivered to my home. On time, faie pricing and great quality. Excellent customer service again today and good directions. The office staff and guys were courteous polite and loaded us very quickly. I needed top soil with compost..great quality.

Look for soil elsewhere! These guys (Robin) promised me 20 yards of soil at 33/yard (which was reasonable). I wanted it in two shipments. When I went to get the second half, she changed the price to 44/yd (unreasonable). Obviously, to this company, money is more important than their word! Get quotes in writing!

The soil is the worst I have ever seen...doesnt retain water due to too much sand, sticks from the compost and stones. There are many other choices in the area for soil.

First time here. The staff was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. I thought the price was great until..... I bought 1/2 a yard of screened top soil. Ive used 3/4 of the soil and ive emptied out 19 five gallon buckets of rocks, clay balls, sticks, even a large ripped up rag, that are all larger than a grape. Since I was going to be putting grass seed on top of it, it needed to have very little debris in it. Though I'm disappointed in the quality, ill probably still come back to get the large rocks I want.

Great people, top of the line products, better product at as good of price as I could find in the greater Bham area. These guys charge similar prices but deliver a premium product.
