I just wanted to say what a great experience I had with this business. I'm sorry to say I didn't have a big car interior overhaul to do, but I had a minor upholstery issue with the seats from my Kayak. I knew a strong sewing machine like theres should be able to help. They were so kind to do it right away. I really appreciated their help. They had numerous awards throughout their office, some of which showed their support of other non-profits. The cars in the shop looked awesome from where I stood. Thank you!

I have been doing business with them for approximately 15 years, you won't find a shop with higher creativity and quality as Elegance. Every car we build goes to Mark for the upholstery, we have won multiple awards over the years with his work! He never disappoints!

Took him a 65 nova for headliner and carpet install, awesome work prices and delivery time that we agreed upon. I would high recommend him. I have been in the hot rod business for 30 plus years very happy.

Be Aware, if you’re looking for high quality and service, you’ve come to the wrong place; I have never met a businessperson like Mark. After an inspection of my 1996 Chevy Impala, I agreed on 900$ to re-upholster my front two seats & was told if I dropped off my car on a Monday it would be ready by Thursday, it took (4) weeks to finish the job and my car was left out-side every knight, I went to pick-up my car and the seats were different color and texture, I told Mark, did you see that the seats are different & don’t match, his response was you signed a disclaimer that they might not match, I said you have one unhappy customer what can we do to make this right, he looked at me and said nothing, I even offered to pay for new material but it seemed like I wasn’t getting anywhere, I hate to give any-one a bad review but this one is well deserved!

At the end of the day, my seats were not fixed; I had never been treated this way by anyone, let alone someone who runs a business that depends at least in part on referrals.

The unfortunate thing is that Mark is a young guy and needs a lot to learn about running a business, I’m going to look far and wide for someone else…..PLEASE do not support this Business.

As an aside, it’s REALLY interesting to read the other reviews!

I took one of my cars for a minor upholstery job. I had hoped that they would help me as I am a car collector and was looking for an upholsterery shop to bring my cars to. The owner was late. When he finally showed up with a toothpick in his mouth, he looked at what I needed him to do and said " I won't do that" .it seemed like the job was too small for him. Bad customer service. I wouldn't recommend it.

mark lopez cranks out some of the greatest interiors in southern CA. hes booked for almost 6 months. Simon Jebian is a competitor trying to bad mouth him, the grammatical errors give it away. i have pictures of the work he did to my dads car, feel free to ask me.
