I love it!!! Store was clean, customer service was awesome. I love our new washer and I will definitely be back. I think her name was Zeta that helped me out and she gets an A+ for her style, and her smile. Thank you Zeta!

I ordered a recliner and paid for it in full on Saturday and was told that it would be ready for pick up on Wednesday.

On Wednesday afternoon I called to see if it had arrived, and the lady said “it isn’t in yet“.

I called on Thursday and talked to a gentleman who checked the order and said to me that the chair hadn’t been ordered until I had called on Wednesday!

The woman that I talked with on Wednesday actually was not truthful because she didn’t tell me that somebody had not even bothered to order the recliner!

When the chair finally did arrive the next week, I went into pick it up, after calling to make sure it had arrived. When I walked in, a grumpy lady in the office said very cooly “are you here to make a payment?” This lady needs to take some customer relations training because normal courtesy would’ve been to have greeted me with hello and how can I help you!

This was not a pleasant experience!

Very poor quality furniture. Bought 2 catnapper recliners from the Dothan store and have had nothing but problems with both of these chairs. Service has come out and worked on both chairs and had to replace entire mechanism on one chair and now the second chair. Getting nothing but the run around from Dothan and they are still under warranty. Will never buy from Farmers furniture again. Still waiting on the return of my recliner that was only to be gone a couple of days so far it's been a week. Never again

The best experience ever!!!
The furniture is just amazing. It looks perfect in our bedroom. The bed looks perfect, and the nightstands… amazing. The dresser with the mirror fits perfectly in the room . The quality of the furniture is very impressive.
The furniture came on time, exactly how it was scheduled. The guys were very professional and respectful.
