If you’re not approved for 0% interest, this is not the place for you. Late fees are too high. If you call to make a late payment, they will take the payment but do not mention any late fees. They add them all onto the total balance. I purchased a mattress and box spring totaling $800. I have currently paid $1400. The mattress is terrible quality. I have had to go to the doctor several times for back problems due to this mattress. I have explained this and they do not care at all. If you do not pay they will garnish your wages from your paycheck. They are not willing to work with you in any way & have no problem solving solutions to anything.

I had a horrible problem with the Clanton location trying to get my furniture returned. Prattville location came out and picked up my furniture. The whole store is very nice and polite from the manager all the way to the man who came out thank you for dealing with a problem you didn't have to deal with and for making my day A more pleasant day.

We had a great experience!! We bought some name brand furniture and had problems from day one. The name brand company said they were the same. Sandy, the store manager with Farmers Home Furniture found out the problems we kept having. Sandy researched the problems and found out the brand name company had changed. Farmers (Sandy) made everything right with us. We were able to exchange for a name brand furniture and all was done with a very positive attitude from management.
We had fantastic service from the salesman, the management and also with the delivery guys!! We have nothing but positive things to say. Yes, we will go back....100%

The store manager Sandy and her staff are the absolute best. I have been purchasing from them for several years and every thing have been amazing. Sandy will go above and beyond to make sure her customers are satisfied. I highly recommend Farmers home furniture. Good quality furniture.

Manager Ms. Sandy is outstanding! Helped me get the right financing for me took her time and walked me through every step of the way! Sales person Vanessa helped me create a living room I just don’t wanna leave! Their delivery team was top notch! Great experience, awesome people. You can tell they care.
