Extremely poor customer service, communication, and management. I interacted with Robert D. and Managers Eric F. and Chris M. and there were issues every step of the way. I only should have had to interact with them once or twice after the initial order but they were like a bad boyfriend you can’t get rid of. Extremely rude, including emails and phone calls not being replied to and taking 2 weeks to get delivery scheduled. Every time I called they would say we’re busy I will call you back in an hour to set up delivery, then days would go by. Delivery was dropped at the wrong building after I was asked to give detailed instructions and told I would be informed of when delivery was scheduled . Instead it was delivered when we were closed. Also delivery was missing over half of the order. My boss and I had to move 2700 pounds of 40 pound boxes with multiple car trips due to their error. Delivery was done over the weekend leaving flooring sitting out in hot July heat for days.

When I asked for a refund of the delivery fee I was told it wills show up in 3-5 days on my credit card. A week and a half later nothing, so I drove up there ave requested refund again. Initially I a was told they would speak to their associate about it Monday and it wasn’t until I said I wasn’t going to wait and wanted to resolve it then did the manager (Chris) get pissed off and agree rudely to issue the refund. Then, I was given counterfeit $100 bills and so we are out the money bc the bank confiscated the fake bills. When I emailed and called the store to report the counterfeit and ask how they want to handle it nobody will return my emails or calls.

I went in on a Saturday and Angel helped me. Super nice, patient, helped me with my final selections and helped load it in the truck! Spoke with Thomas this morning when I called the store to tell the Manager what a good employee he is and Thomas was just as helpful and nice! Will finish my shopping there.

I’m giving this store a 2 star because we bought tile from here and come to find out they put the wrong tile in one of the boxes entirely, several wrong pieces of tile in the other boxes, and they won’t honor their exchange past 90 days. The tile we bought was glossy and one entire box they restocked/repacked was matted tile. The other pieces were of different shades of white and a different brand of tile. Now we are out $60. On top of all that, every time I call their number, it’s forwarded to a totally different state.

Thomas gave me a great deal and was super helpful and friendly. I drove out of my way to this store from Atlanta headed to Nashville, and it was well worth it because Thomas took care of me. He even helped me to load my truck. Can't wait to get my floors in.

Customer service is not a priority here. I asked an associate who was walking around for a box blade to cut the straps from a pallet so I could get the flooring I needed and he walked off. I finally managed to get the straps off myself and get the crappy cart pushed to the front with 28 boxes of LPV flooring on it and went to a register with a light on, the cashier walks off from her Register as I walk up. Great right? The other cashier walks over and says you can push that over here, so over there I go with my heavy cart of flooring, to the other side to check out. She scans 1 box and ask me how many. Guess I should have guessed, maybe I did. Who knows. It wasn’t my job to count them.

We had a great experience coming here, sooooo many flooring options. And everybody you talked to was very knowledgeable and helpful. Desiree was particularly very helpful in many ways and such a sweet lady. I don't know what she gets paid, but she deserves a raise because employees like that are hard to find these days.

My go to pro customer support throughout the years has been Robert. He literally goes beyond and above to make sure all of my flooring and tile needs are met and is a true expert in all things floor and decor! Robert gets a 11/10 rating from our company & is a true asset to this company!!!

If you are a contractor that is Latin DO NOT waste your time here because they don’t have time for you and will refuse to assist you because they are racist and think you are broke when in reality you have 5 jobs lined up and will be spending THOUSANDS of dollars. As a contractor of 34 year I can say that Home Depot and Lowe’s have equal quality products but 1000000% better service. Floor & decor has decent quality product but absolutely horrible customer service. DO NOT waste your time here.
