I wish there was an option to give 10 stars! Grounded Lighting is an amazing company to do business with. The owner, Mike Perez, brings expertise, experience, and competence. He communicates with you throughout the process, answers questions, is knowledgeable, and has great design ideas when you’re not quite sure what you want. The pathway lighting in the back of my house has made all the difference. It’s elegant, tasteful, and makes a dramatic impression. The uplighting on the front palm tree is stunning! The app allows you to change colors and individualize the lights to your preference. It has made a huge difference in the front and I love that these lights are year round! Mike’s professionalism is at the highest level, and he was meticulous in his work. I would highly recommend Grounded Lighting Tampa for all of your permanent lighting needs.

I couldn’t be happier with the Oelo lights Mike installed at my house! He was professional, friendly, and really knew his stuff. The lights look amazing, and the whole process was super smooth from start to finish. Michael installed our lights and our hearts could not be more happy or more thankful. He was so knowledgeable and so kind. He set everything up beautifully. He worked from sunrise to dark and really made our “light” dream come true and just in time for Christmas. We will use him for all of our lighting endeavors and encourage others to as well. Mike came out to discuss our desires & needs to light up the front of our home & very dark backyard. I no longer have to worry about an alligator climbing over our 4 foot picket fence and eating our Saint Bernards. The fence is subtly lit, with lights that you barely see n the daylight. They blend nicely into the fence. The 15 foot Queen Palms are brilliantly highlighted with uplifted lights that also accents our walkway for ease of walking at night. The front of the home now has accentuated ground light embedded into the driveway. Thanks! Greg & Chris

Highly recommend Mike and his team for your outdoor lightening needs!! Extremely knowledgeable, professional, and responsive! Took time to explain different options to us, showed us samples and was very patient with all our questions. Communicated throughout the process and daily during installation to let me know when he would be arriving and what they would be working on. We couldn’t be happier!

Mike is the real deal. He came recommended to us a while back when we saw all of these cool house lights being put up all over our community. Mike is honestly one of the most patient business owners I’ve ever worked with, he became a friend to my husband and I. Mike went out of his way for months, to work with us on our driveway design and after many, MANY contemplations, revamps and road blocks, Mike stayed patient through and through until we were ready to get the job done. He didn’t push us to commit to something we were ready, which as the buyer, is greatly appreciated. We couldn’t be happier with his work. He’s professional, worked in the June Florida heat for hours, and he really cares about forming relationships and getting to know his clients. I have been dying to have this work done on our driveway for about 6 months now and to say I am happy with it would be an understatement. I’m actually obsessed and love my house even more. Mike will absolutely be back to help with our landscape and pool lighting needs!
