My family and I have went to Hank's multiple times before...looking at the wide selection of furniture that they offer, and I have to say, the hospitality here is outstanding. Nathan greeted my wife and I on our way in and gave us the opportunity to walk around on our own (A KIND AND WELCOMED OFFER, CANT EXPRESS THAT ENOUGH) and let us know where to find him if we had any questions. When we were ready to make a purchase, he was extremely helpful, efficient, knowledgeable and kind. Hank’s was a breath of fresh air after visiting the surrounding furniture stores. We’re very happy with the quality of the furniture and will certainly be coming back when the time comes!

Hanks has quality furniture with a large selection of special order options. I would say the prices are average to high. However, you can get really good deals on discontinued pieces and sets. They do offer special financing with 0% interest up to 24 months if you qualify. The salespeople are very helpful but not pushy, which is a big plus. If I say" I'm just looking," that means I will find you if I need help. They get that. The guys let us look and circled back just to check on us. They answered all of our questions and even directed us to a deep discounted item that we overlooked. I would recommend Hanks if you like a relaxed looking/shopping experience with a large selection of furniture and friendly no pressure customer service.

From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warm hearts and felt well respected. I believe I got the pleasure of speaking with Drake Rainwater. He was very knowledgable and well mannered.

I purchased a table set with a warranty from Hanks Furniture in Dothan, Al. Brandon
salesman told me if any thing happens the table set the warranty will covered it. Something spilled on my table and it faded the top of the table. I went into the store and spoke with Brandon about the table. He told me take three pictures in three different direction, so I did and texted the pictures to Brandon. Two weeks when by I went back into the store. Brandon and Nathan, Manager, were eating with so more ladies in the store. They said” no contacted you about the table. I said no. They said someone should be contacting you. We waited another two weeks. No one contacted us. I went into the store and asked for a manager so I was explaining it to Jacob, store manager. Nathan told me if no one has contacted me by noon 8/12/24 to text him. I did and no response from him. I went into the store 8/14/24 and spoke with Jacob. He finally told me and gave me some paperwork to call the warranty people, because he couldn’t get the manufacturer to cover it. I’m so disappointed the way the situation was handle and the waste of my time. No one ever contacted me I had to always go into the store. Poor Management!

Haley was super helpful. None of this is her fault. Ordered a dining room set. Chairs arrived on time, but not the table. On the third delay getting the table and now being told I will be receiving a display model. Not what I wanted or expected when I paid for my set. Chairs were missing hardware that I had to purchase from elsewhere to complete assembly. Not a happy customer, to say the least.
