Hinkley’s offers zero customer support to a defective pendant leaving us with no options. My experience with Hinkley has fallen short of my expectations of professional customer communication regarding a pendant with a defect.

While we had so many challenges with the sales team in Scottdale (Skylar), the most recent incident on 8/20/24 is the most concerning. I attempted to have a conversation about one of three pendants (Fett Pendant) which we purchased in April-May 2024 for a luxury custom home in Scottsdale. This is our fifth time attempting to have a conversation about a product defect in one of the pendants. This time I was in person as I flew in from Seattle to address a few home items.

I was met with abrasive and accusatory Skyler who blamed our shi&ty builder for "poor install" instead of listening to my explaining that the fabric is cheap and low quality which ripped apart. I asked for a manager who immediately jumped to conclusion and said you have a bad builder. Get them to buy you a new one vs. looking at my pictures and having a conversation.

We are at a loss as to how to communicate with your Scottsdale store's aggressive team...really at a loss.

We did not have a good experience. We worked with a staff member who did not follow through with problems…11 months out and a new build, full lighting package with Hinkleys and we still have fixtures not working…defensive response to problems.

Great team! Sean and Shannon we're awesome support. We were able to come into the showroom and make decisions with their support and also make final selections within a hour. I had the pleasure of visiting their beautiful showroom and had the most helpful, knowledgeable, friendly reception possible. Even though I explained that I was from out of country (Canada) and couldn’t purchase Gail went out of her way to help me solve a lighting dilemma. I am positive that anyone entering their showroom will have a truly positive experience. I would go higher than a 5 star if possible!!!!
