I was hesitant to call this place because my project was small, and I'm on a tight budget, but I tried to fix my cheap system on my own and I couldn't source the parts I needed. After several Amazon returns & visits to home depot, ace, etc I caved. I'm so glad I did, and I couldn't be happier with this company! When I called, the woman on the phone was so nice and assured me that my specific problem was easily fixable, and that I could come in to the showroom and talk with a tech. When I got there, Grant was super helpful, and very enthusiastic. I was worried that my fix was going to be expensive, but he showed me the varying products on different price ranges to work within my budget. He took a look at my project and suggested ways to keep the price down, while making improvements on my system. They make their own parts, which are so much better than what is available in stores. I got the lower cost lights which are so much brighter than the old ones, it was a huge step up. They are dimmable and color changing like my previous tape lights. In order to keep the price within my budget, they left the one strand around my bed, and upgraded the floor and living area lights. I'm able to see my cooking so much clearer now! The remote works without line of sight, glows in the dark so I can see it when the lights are off, and came with a wall holster so I won't misplace it. Even the owner came in to help solder some tough to reach places...he's super nice, and he bought his whole staff lunch when I was there! These people are passionate about what they do, and they do quality work. It looks so nice! I definitely recommend them. I live in my van, but they didn't make me feel poor. They took my project seriously and helped me improve my life, while staying within budget. I'm so grateful for this experience! Definitely go with this company for your project, you won't be disappointed. They also explained possible issues, provided troubleshooting tips, and gave me a number to call if I need help...but I have a feeling I won't be having any issues. Solid work!

I took a video, but can't figure out how to upload it, but I added pictures instead. The lights in the back are the cheap Amazon strand, the ones under the cabinets & by the floor are theirs. You can see how much brighter they are. Since I didn't need them so bright in my bedroom area I was able to save $ by keeping the old strand. They just connected the old ones to the new ones.

I've been a customer for over a decade and Inspired LED has always gone above and beyond. I'm rarely surprised by excellent customer service these days, but Inspired LED has really set the bar high. And by the way, their products are top notch as well! I just installed new under-cabinet lights (the Pro line in warm white-- really brightens up my humble kitchen!

I recently stumbled on the paperwork for our Inspired LED purchase in 2011. We were nearing the end of a complete kitchen renovation when I decided under-cabinet lighting was a necessity. At that time, LEDs were a relatively new but expensive option. After considerable research, it was obvious LEDs were they way to go so I bought and installed kit from Inspired LED. It was one of the best decisions we made for our project. The lighting is functional and attractive. It continues to work flawlessly with absolutely zero maintenance over all of those years. It is long past time to let them know how appreciative we are for their quality products and service.

I visited many websites to research under cabinet LED strip lighting. Most sites offered the same equipment, but no one came close to Inspired LED when it came to their tutorials and examples of different scenarios based on the layouts of various kitchens. My compliments to the person or persons that designed your website. I sent a diagram of my lighting plan to the design team to get their blessing before I placed my order. I just received all of the lights and accessories and I will post some pictures when my project is completed.
