ILG is not the place to get flooring done! They clearly do not care about the quality of their work and customer service is non-existent. We have to deal with them under warranty work because our builder used them to install our $27K upgraded flooring. It is the worst experience. They have needed to “inspect” the same issue at least twice (pics taken both times). That was in April ‘23. Then we were told they needed to come again, different person, when the original supervisor just up and quit, in July. We get a plan together and they schedule 3 months out. This week they are FINALLY coming out—their installer shows up 2 days early, unscheduled & unannounced, while we’re at work. Leaves a note saying Sorry we missed you. You’ll need to reschedule,” and leaves the flooring material in front of the door! On the day they are supposed to arrive, no one shows up! No call, nothing! So now who knows when I will get the mess of this overpriced flooring done, for the 3rd time. And, I had to move all the material to properly store it, and so I can use my front entry door. Original install, LVP bubbled & came up. Upon re-install, Berber carpet was installed, already unraveling and short, with tack strips exposed & highly visible seams. This was pointed out, with photos taken to record the notice, the same day. It’s been a YEAR and issue has not been resolved. Luxury vinyl planks installed with numerous chips and pinholes—installers could care less. They get paid by the job. We have spent numerous days/hours home to accommodate their schedule, without so much as the courtesy of keeping to their schedule or providing notice they’re not coming. Use another company! This one is not even mediocre. Just BAD!

I can’t really speak on the company as a whole but they have an outstanding employee, Tracy, who deserves the highest recognition and praise! He came out to fix a broken tile in our bathroom and worked quickly yet efficiently. He was so kind and offered helpful tips to keep our grout in its best shape. I even requested him when we got our grout touched up around the perimeter of the house! He goes out of his way to make sure you are satisfied with his work. He is a true professional and Interior Logic is lucky to have him on their team!

Extremely rude, unprofessional manner over the phone when (1/2024) Dealing with customer service rep. CSR argued with me over grout color in my bathroom. Their work order was wrong but CSR argued with me, the customer. CSR called back and did apologize half-heartedly, stating “sorry if I was ummm…..”. Have to deal with these people due to a new build but could not recommend. No ‘customer service here’, in my opinion.

We have been working with this company for almost a year. Meghan Morris is horrible. If you can, choose a different point of contact/designer. We gave her a budget and she ended up going over by over $20,000. Anytime we call she NEVER answers. Anytime we email she takes days to respond. She has dropped the ball many times throughout this process which has greatly affected our project and resulted in huge sacrifices on our end in ultimately not getting what we chose or paid for. I wouldn't choose this company if you have a choice, and if you don't, then PLEASE request not to work with her.
Megan Kouratou is her manger and is one of the most abrasive individuals I have ever had the displeasure of corresponding with. She will accept no accountability for any issues created within her office.

Only reason I’m dealing with them is they are my builders Lennars sub contractors. They put carpet over holes in the concrete. And never show up to repair. It’s been months now and they call out sick or they say it’s another trade they can’t don’t. My best advice to you is don’t use them for anything.

Tracy came and did some grout touchups around our home. He was extremely professional and you can tell he takes pride in his work. He went above and beyond and made sure we were happy with everything before he left. We are so grateful for everything. Thank you so much again Tracy!

From leaving pot holes in the bathroom counter top you were supposed to remove scratches from, to scratching the BRAND NEW kitchen Island while there to repair the kitchen back splash that was so out of level you had to remove the entire thing. Refusing to take responsibility for months now really shows the type of business this is.
