I reached out to this company via their Facebook page and never received a response, so am now forced to leave my experience with them as a review:
On June 28th I was nearly run down by someone (I assume an employee) with a Mac Auto & Collision business sticker on the side of his pickup truck, a little after 2pm and shortly before exit 6 on I-459.
He had been sitting on my bumper and as he roared around me he gave me an ugly look. I had never heard of your business before and being treated this way (for obeying the speed limit) was not a good introduction. If you're a family-owned business "with 40 years experience" I hope you will take this opportunity to discuss the dangers of speeding with your employees, and how quickly a good reputation is tarnished, as I certainly don't intend to use your services and risk running into that person again.

There's also a salon within the shop that I am rating here. It's ran by Cathy West wich also helps run the shop as well. She cuts my son's hair here and is the best with him. He never has done well with haircuts (he just turned 5) but Cathy has always been so patient with him and makes an adventure out of it for him every time. She is the best with kids and has been cutting his hair for the past 2 1/2 years. Highly recommend to anyone needing a good cut, child or adult.

Mac auto was great and I highly recommend them. They were very reasonable on a fuel pump replacement and was very fast on the tank drop and pump replacement. The employees were very nice and I will be back if I ever need any of my cars worked on.
