We recently bought a couch from here. We had been to all of the big chain furniture stores in the valley. We were constantly being bothered by sales people in other places and feeling pressured to buy things. Until we came to Mod Home Urban Interiors. Wow! I absolutely loved their staff. They were easy to find when we had questions but didn't follow us around the store or make us feel obligated to make a purchase. We ended up buying our beautiful couch from them. They included throw pillows in the price and were so helpful with all of our many questions. It was delivered in perfect condition. I have told all my friends to come here first. I also love that they're a local small business!

We bought a dresser a few years ago that we are fairly disappointed in. Aesthetically pleasing but the manufacturing quality is just not there. The rails used for the drawers are absolute garbage and were installed poorly. If you purchase a dresser from here I would strongly recommend pretending like you are disassembling it to move and putting it back together. Would not have purchased if we knew it would be like this.

I bought a sofa and love seat. Purchased the 5 year warranty. Put a claim in 2 weeks ago because the sofa started cracking and peeling everywhere. Don’t waste your money on the warranty. They told me today it doesn’t cover that. It’s the quality of the furniture. Cheap leather I suppose. Will never buy furniture there.

I have purchased lots of furniture for every room in my home here. Most items of are of high quality and there is such a fun selection of interesting pieces to choose from. I did have some issues with a couple pieces and the manager took care of it. They have a knowledgeable, helpful, classy staff that offers a consultive sales experience instead of wierdo salespeople following you around like some other stores. Overall good place to buy modern furniture of all kinds, as well as a few more traditional pieces as well.

This place has some cool modern furniture but the positives completely end there. I ordered almost $5000 to re-furnish my living room. I was told that they needed to order the couch and it would be 6 to 8 weeks. In the mean time I picked up a chair and bar stools. When I got to the warehouse to pick it up they never send over a work-order like Dante said he would when I left the store. They faxed one over after I called them standing in the warehouse. When I opened the bar stools I noticed some scratches that were poorly attempted to be covered with a brown marker. I called that day and they said they will send me new stools. Weeks went buy and heard nothing. Called back a few weeks later and the associate said they don't have any in the warehouse and will have to order them. Waited another few weeks and nothing. THIS HAPPENED 5 TIMES!! Each time I was told they are on the way. Eventually I went into the store to talk to the manager. He said that the delivery guys tried to call me a week ago and I didn't answer. They never left a message, never followed up to reschedule. Nothing. When I asked for some type of compensation for all the trouble and work I have had to put into this I was offered $50 off when I spend a hundred or more... Absolutely insulting I will never spend another dollar in this store.

The customer service is a joke. They will ALL tell you that they will do something for you just to completely blow you off. The manager is pathetic at handling any type of situation that comes up.

6-8 week promised delivery time. As of the time of writing this we are in week 11 and still no furniture. When I have spoke to the store manager he refused to let me have the floor model. 2 weeks later I called and asked for the floor model again and was told they had sold it. I have expressed on numerous occasions my disappointment with their service and no response. To this day I am still waiting on a reasonable solution. The first pieces they delivered they forgot to bring a piece and I had to go and get it myself (even though they charged me for it). They delivered one piece with a stain. Overall horrible experience. If you can find the same or similar pieces elsewhere pay more to get it there.

Nice selection. Bought a couch with the warranty. Just a few months of owning the couch it starts breaking from people sitting on it. Call for the warranty and they don’t cover anything basically when asked what was covered. Overpriced for low grade furniture. Better off going somewhere else.

Big enough to have that "THING" that you've been trying to find, small enough that you don't have to pack a lunch. Staff is awesome, helpful if you need it, but will leave you alone if you're just floating. Picked up a very cool Silk Route Sofa. It's a terrific odd thing, and even though MOD is mostly modern, there are pieces like the sofa, that will fit pretty much any sort of look you're after. Delivery was flawless easy and on time.

Kinda perfect really.
