The ladies working here are extremely nice and attentive, selection is alright but the store manager/owner is the most rude person i’ve ever interacted with. We weren’t told that everything is bought from display until we asked about it, seconds before purchasing a couch. We inquired about the stains that were on it and the manager said that they were taken into consideration when it was marked down 10%. However when we first walked in, the lady that greeted us said that the whole store is 10% off. So is it the whole store or just whatever we find stains on? And if that is the reason for the mark down - why is it not disclosed to us straight up? Shady experience overall. We really wanted the couch and were willing to buy it anyway and just get it professionally cleaned but the manager’s attitude is what caused us to just walk out immediately. I would never recommend this place just because of the way they treat customers and the dishonesty in how they present the furniture as brand beware but some of it is actually staged previously or straight from the display and there’s no knowing what’s what.

The owner and the staff are extremely rude and don’t respect their clients. Extremely dishonest. I found stains on the furniture that is sold from display while they were trying to rush me into buying so that I won’t notice it. Overall terrible experience and I would definitely not recommend this place, especially when there is so many other stores in the area that have much better prices and service.

I've loved my sister's couch for a few years and I asked where she got it; she sent me to Model Home Furniture Outlet. When I arrived I wasn't bothered like at a car dealership (that's happened in other furniture stores before); they told me they were available if I had any questions. I fell in love with a couple of options and their prices for good quality sofas were what I kept finding online. They took measurements for me, helped me decide on the perfect sofa for our living space, it was delivered exactly when they said it would, and I'm sitting on the fabulous large sectional right now as I type! Thank you, Model Home Furniture. It was a pleasure.

Great selection and fair prices. The owners are friendly and take time to help you with design ideas. Definitely worth stopping occasionally to see their changing selection. The upstairs is a staging company for model homes so some of the pieces are circulated in model homes.

Went in on a Wednesday, was told they'd have more selections on Friday. I went back Friday and found what I was looking for. Had it delivered the following Wednesday. Price was right, delivery was easy. I'm happy. I'll be back next time.

I went in to find an affordable couch that would get us by until I could afford something better. They had a huge selection and the clearance section was definitely clearance priced (not like the other furniture stores) the lady working gave me a $100 couch for $50! I didnt even ask for a discount. It was very nice of her and they were friendly and helpful. Didnt turn into a hovering vulture when I was looking. I definitely reccomend

This was an unbelievable experience buying furniture from this store. Damon, Kristina and the rest of the staff are very kind, knowledgeable and the prices were best in the valley for the high quality furniture you get. We bought a sofa, mattress, bed, lamps and pillows for the bed and sofa all at a stellar price. I would Model Home Furniture Outlet to everyone in the valley. Come check them out!
