Chris Clark and Will Ard the best‼️ They removed and put our large master bath mirror back up after remodeling our bathroom. It was no easy task and they made it look so easy‼️ They were so kind, easy to work with, and very professional ‼️ I highly recommend these two individuals in handling anything with mirrors or glass‼️

We replaced our Master Shower and needed a new door. We went with the Frameless with custom fixtures. The entire experience was professional and totally improved our end product. The team (Wade, Kevin and Nick) as well as folks in office made our experience very positive . We even got a military discount. Order came in when promised and installed in a couple hours. We recently did a complete reno of our master bath and had North Alabama Glass do the frameless shower door. The people were amazing and the service was top notch! Brenda got the ball rolling, and Wade came out and precisely measured for the new shower door. The installers, Kevin and Nick, were on time, extremely courteous, and knew exactly how to install the new door to perfection. I would definitely use North Alabama Glass again, due to their excellent work ethic and product!

This is THE BEST Glass Company in North Alabama!
This morning I went into our downstairs powder room, which has a very large mirror (4 feet wide X 4 feet tall ) and didn't notice right off it was leaning over and had come unglued (after 29 years). I did notice the lighting was dim, but didn't look up to see the mirror was leaning over. While washing my hands, I noticed it was about to fall. I panicked and quickly got a step ladder and propped it against the mirror. NORTH ALABAMA GLASS came and did a GREAT job in this Emergency situation. I HIGHLY Recommend them and will Definitely Use them Again. THANK YOU Chris C. and Kevin for being so Professional and for coming so Quickly! You probably saved my life!!!

I brought them a storm window frame and they put new glass in it less than 24 hours after I dropped it off. The price was very reasonable. The staff was friendly and attentive. I couldn’t ask for anything else from a business. 10/10.

We just had a great experience with North Alabama Glass Co.! We had a strange glass break on a transom window, and needed it replaced. They promptly came out, quickly assessed the need, and provided a reasonable estimate. After the ordered glass came in, the technicians, Keith and Matt, made contact and came out to do the repairs. Repairs done quickly and efficiently, and the technicians stayed in contact and came when they said they would Great experience with Anna, our sales representative, who handled all the scheduling and paperwork efficiently. Would quickly call them if I have another need.

We were in need of a new front door glass that had shattered nearly a year ago, and 3 panes of glass in our historic home in Athens. We had tried to contact a local glass store several times over 2 weeks, but hadn’t heard anything. I found North Alabama Glass on a google search for “glass repair near me” and emailed them. Within a few hours I had a response for pictures of my areas and that evening a long care- written response of my needs as well as their concerns for the windows locations and some wasp nests that needed to go! The next morning I had missed a phone call from them and then got a text asking when they could come see the areas, I believe it was William who came around 10 that morning. That afternoon I had a bid and a phone call from a lady in their office. We paid our 1/2 down and they were ordering the safety glass for the door and would be in touch. 2 days ago I got a call wanting to schedule the install and they came yesterday morning and did a tremendous job installing the front door and the 3 other panes of glass. The workmen worked quickly, they did a great job and no mess was left. If you’re looking for a company to do a top-notch job and be responsive to your messages and “want the work” then I highly suggest North Alabama Glass in Decatur!

The entire process was a breeze! Wade was great when he came out to the house, and he explained everything!
Our technicians Kevin G and Nick M were amazing. They were on time, polite, just great.
