I felt I was not at all taken seriously when looking for tile there. I was met with snotty and unenthusiastic service. I was told it would take a week or so to hear about prices of the tile I was interested in and have not heard a word weeks later. Perhaps I didn't spend long enough on my hair or outfit that day. That's not the type of business practice I would expect.
