Fantastic customer service! Jacob and Jason came to diagnose some problems I was having with a fan. They took it apart, rebuilt it, tested it, and determined a replacement needed to be ordered. They came back and installed the new one, and took extra time to test it in all modes before departing. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable--I highly recommend this service department!

After shopping at several other stores in Scottsdale and Phoenix we tried Premier. So glad we did. We quickly found items that were similar to what we wanted and Norma helped us customize the lights we wanted. I made a mistake in size and needed to swap out and she was able to help me fix that and we still got it done on time! We will go back when we are ready to replace the other lights.

I have been coming to this showroom for specialty lighting since the early 2000s. There is no more knowledgeable staff than the people at Premier Lighting. They have an outstanding selection, great prices, and can handle the process through installation. Ask for Brandy, she has been here for 25 years plus!

Amazing place. If you need anything involving lighting fixtures, come here. That includes light bulbs, indoor and outdoor fixtures, landscape items, crystal chandeliers, bathroom fixtures and anything else you can think of! The staff is professional and very knowledgeable. Customer service is always great. Also have an amazing collection of ceiling fans. Been in the valley for over 35 years. Every aspect of this place is great. You can get lost(in a good way) in the amazing showroom and find something in your budget. Weither it's a simple bathroom fixture or an incredible Swarovski piece, Premier Lighting is the place to go!

I have Elite recessed lighting (17 total) and the clips broke in one. The clips are not carried in the Phoenix area. Elite directed me to 3 local distributors, the first two "no, we can't help". Called Premier Lighting, spoke to Jim. They do not inventory the clips; however, he researched and found an online supplier. He could have purchased and added his markup; instead, he provide the suppliers website and I found exactly what I ordered. Jim and Premier earned this 5 star rating!

Got a few words out before the lady who answered the phone hung up lol I said hello my name is xxxxx and I’m calling to ask…. And she hung up so nice business practice. Charlie answered after I called back but decided not to give thousands of my dollars to this company I found somewhere else. Do better.
