We purchased a beautiful sofa for $3,700. Then paid $200 to have it delivered. There were wrinkles in the skirt that we thought might fall out. After 4 months they haven't. I called Richard Tubb thinking they might have someone who could come out and check to be sure it is put together properly and if it is, maybe steam the wrinkles out? I was told they do not and we should purchase a steamer. I gave 2 stars only because the sofa is pretty and I believe it is well made. Because Richard Tubb is one of the most expensive furniture stores in town I expected some level of customer service. I wouldn't give 1 star for customer service.

I havent gone in but was visiting an employee in the area! She tells me that the owner is very very nice and the furniture and accessories are very nice..She said I should go in ..Mr. Tibbs has great taste! So I will go back and go in!!!
