Royal Furniture in Tuscaloosa ala Meghan Fausett Was my sale person She was so friendly and helpful from the beginning to the end I bought a section and it came with a free recliner chair the delivery came on time but had a little problem with the recliner got cut by accident when they was taken it out the box and the mens was not professional at all one of them ask me how many times do i have to move the couch. but the next week, two different mens came to bring back the recliner chair. They were nice, and they were very professional. So far, im likeing the section

Royal Furniture in Tuscaloosa is the best. We purchased a recliner/lift chair for my mother who was not able to visit the store in person. We tried to choose a chair to meet her needs but in the end had to swap out the chair twice to find the best fit. Sales and Customer Service were so patient, accommodating, helpful and kind throughout the chair exchanges. Thank You Royal Furniture for exceptional customer service, my family is so appreciative. Ordered 3pc sectional with Ottoman and I’m so happy with my purchase. Friendly staff from the time I step in store and my ordered was confirmed by warehouse and delivery drivers before bringing out and set up. Black and white pillows came with order I added the yellow and red pillows.

Royal Furniture has always been my first choice when it comes to furniture shopping. During one of my earliest experiences I met a sales lady named Jennifer at the store in Tuscaloosa. The customer service was spectacular. The staff really make you feel comfortable with shopping and selecting furniture without hassling you at every turn to buy. The manager, Linda Sturdivant was very professional and very friendly. She assisted me in picking the perfect living set for my house. Also, she really explained every detail of the pricing and purchasing. The delivery men arrive at the time they said and they were very respectful when they entered my house to unload the furniture. The is a great store/great staff and I would recommend anyone who is looking to buy furniture to shop at Royal.

We had a Great Experience from the time we walked into this Furniture Store….with a Wonderful salesman who was not pushy but he listened to our wants & needs and helped us make the right selection!
