My wife and I are very satisfied with our services that S2 provides for us. They come on a weekly visit and take care of all the lawn maintenance needs. They have provided services for us for 5 years and we are looking forward to many more.

I called inquiring about having my yard sprayed and he throughly explained the process and provided 3 reccomend companies to consider. S2 themselves do not spray yards directly but was very informative on what it entails. I appreciate his feedback.

A sloppy job, destruction of property, using their riding mower over my flowers, eating mulch we installed to the point of meer shavings, wrecking the weed guard my husband installed, refusing to mow at their conveniences, showing up early in the morning (before 6am) they woke & scared my kids & my neighbors filed a complaint for disturbance of the peace, failure to comply with the agreement (they were supposed to plant flowers, trim shrubs, none of this happened), they used their edgers & DESTROYED my sidewalk/driveway leaving dents, there are several large bald spots in my sod. None of these were fixed by S2, none of our issues or concerns were offered to be fixed by S2 when we brought it to them several times over 3 months. They continued to promise better, we (naively) believed them. They keep no schedule & show up at whatever day/time they decide. The weed eating was careless against my fence, which now bares scratches, dents, & stain removal.

Owner told me to contact PayPal, rather than fixing the issue on his own professionally. I now have my bank involved investigating him for services not rendered over the length of our 3 month "professional" relationship, as he has repeatedly breached our agreement. The damage caused to my property is going to be quite expensive to fix. I would rather S2 never set foot on my property again. Watering your flowers is also an issue when s2 sticks to no timeline, if you follow your schedule & the next day they show up & your lawn is wet, they claim they are unable to mow. How can I take care of my yard & work around your ever changing, 0 stability "schedule"? Sod bald spots from their "work" is so bad its just dirt in places. The shrubs are wild over grow & have not ONCE recieved any T.L.C (despite the agreement stating shrub trimming would begin in March. Didnt happen in March, April or May).

S2 writes monthly emails "apologizing" with a new excuse for why they're running behind. Direct copy paste here " Our goal is to be the best lawn care provider to our customers. Sometimes we do not do everything correctly. Once we are made aware of any issues we make it our first priority to get it corrected. We constantly train the entire staff on the details that we promised you. If you have any issues or concerns please feel free to contact me directly."

We contacted him directly, several times listing all these issues. Asking for fixes. They have done nothing correctly, there is no "sometimes" about it, but I appreciate the admission their work is lacking. We made him aware of the continual issues with his poorly trained staff & what did he do? SENT AN EMAIL TERMINATING US. I'm sorry, but we found that a mix of hilariously offensive. You destroyed our property repeatedly, so we naively trusted your word to inform you & "after several complaints" (direct quote from the owner) you severed ties with US?! How appalling.

If you're looking to replace your sod, mulch, flowers, repair cracks, redo weed guard and basic upkeep on your own at your own cost at your own time AND pay S2 "lawn care service" THESE ARE THE GUYS FOR YOU! The 3 months worth we paid them for will not even begin to make up for the sod and crack repairs needed on a TWO YEAR OLD HOUSE (meticulously kept), mind you, but we have to fight for a refund? Could you imagine going to a restaurant, ordering a pasta, being brought out old baloney, and then being told you cannot recieve a refund because they brought something to your table? Albeit, disgusting moldy baloney? S2 is the equivalent of moldy baloney.

S2 showed up to "install the flowers" the last day of May after my neighbor & I threatened to cancel. We were informed they were having personnel and technical issues. We both declined to allow them back on our property to butcher our land.

Our homeowners association has employed them & I hope based on this display of character they dont renew. 2/5 board members have been treated like this by S2, that isnt a great sign.
