Here is my experiance with them

1. Delayed Delivery: I ordered a recliner set based on specific quality requirements. The delivery was delayed for over two weeks. When I attempted to follow up, my calls were either ignored or abruptly disconnected.
2. Delivery of Incorrect Product: When the delivery finally arrived, it was not the product I ordered. The quality and specifications were entirely different. Before unloading, I refused to accept the delivery. Despite this, the delivery personnel dumped the incorrect product outside my home and left without explanation.
3. Store Visit Escalation: I visited the store in person to resolve the issue, but instead of addressing my concerns, I was treated with hostility. I was asked to leave, and when I refused, security was called to forcibly remove me. Attempts to mediate through a local sheriff’s department were unsuccessful, as the business outright refused to communicate or engage in resolving the matter.
4. Unprofessional Behavior: This company has demonstrated predatory and deceptive practices. They failed to deliver the promised product, showed no interest in resolving the dispute, and actively obstructed any attempt at a resolution.
Warning to Consumers: I strongly advise against doing business with this company. Their behavior is untrustworthy, and their refusal to honor their obligations or even communicate shows a blatant disregard for their customers.

Very satisfied with this company! Sam was very helpful, didn’t try to upsell and gave me a great price on all the furniture. He included delivery and his crew Mike and Nick were on time, respectful and installed the furniture to the highest standard. This person disrespected, not patient, completely playing game and lying a lot. I bought some furniture from them, but he didn’t deliver and when I asked about my money he answered no return policy. Beware, beware of this fraudulent man. I bought two beds from him, one of which was damaged, and I called him to change it. So far, it has not been changed. I lost my money, and to this day there is no answer. He is a fraud and a deceiver. You should choose well-known places to buy that provide excellent customer service👎👎👎
